Management of the Patch Allotments

One of the first tasks the new Parish Council had to address was the day to day management of the Patch Allotments. This was made more difficult by the absence of electronic details of allotment tenants and plot sizes. A comprehensive database was established in a spreadsheet and the day to day management tasks were undertaken by councillor volunteers. As no part-time paid staff were employed, the tenant rates could primarily be devoted to enhancements to the allotments. See the Allotments page.
