Litter Picking
Following the purchase by the Parish of some litter pickers and bag holders and the success of the GB Spring Clean, teams of litter picking volunteers have become a regular sight around the Parish. It’s a shame that this activity is necessary, but the sense of achievement after clearing some of the regular ‘hotspots’ is at least rewarding.
The timing of these litter picking sessions is advertised in the newsletters and also we send out an email to our volunteers group to inform them when and where to meet. If you would like to join our volunteers group please contact us at communications@oldwoughton.org.uk.
