Witness Appeal – Robbery Avebury Boulevard Overbridge V8 Marlborough Street 19 May

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses or information following a robbery on Saturday 19 May at 9.25pm on the overbridge Avebury Boulevard crossing the V8 Marlborough Street Central, Milton Keynes.

 

The victim was walking across the overbridge when he was struck on the head from behind by an unknown man.  The man has then pulled the victims rucksack from his back along with his jacket and ran away. The victim has chased the man and retrieved his belongings.

 

The offender is a white man, early 20’s, skinny build, with short brown wiry hair and generous length stubble.  He was wearing a dark grey or blue Adidas hooded top.

 

The victim recalls a man and a woman in the vicinity who were shouting.  Police are looking to trace these witnesses as they may be able to assist the investigation.
