Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an aggravated burglary in Milton Keynes.
Just before 9pm on Friday (16/1) four men entered a property in Braunston, Woughton Park, Milton Keynes.
One of the men was holding a large knife. They told the occupant of the property to sit down saying he would not get hurt. The men then burgled the property taking a quantity of cash.
The victim was not injured.
The offenders were all wearing balaclavas.and dark clothing.
Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Siobhan Jones, said: “This is a concerning incident where offenders have entered the property of a man and then taken cash.
“As such we are carrying out a thorough investigation and following a number of lines of enquiry.
“Members of the public will see an increased police presence while we continue to investigate and additional patrols have been put in place.”
